1. About VASTAURA

VASTAURA ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") is an educational coaching company offering online courses, self-guided programs, group mentorship experiences, and business education content for women.

VASTAURA is not a financial advisory firm, investment company, legal services provider, or licensed financial institution. All content, materials, and coaching provided through VASTAURA programs are for educational and informational purposes only.

2. Educational Nature of Services

All VASTAURA programs — including The Vault Key, The Sovereign Circle, The VASTAURA Oracle™, and any other offerings — are educational in nature. Specifically:

• Content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only
• Nothing in our programs constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice
• We are not licensed financial advisors, brokers, attorneys, or tax professionals
• No content should be relied upon as a substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax guidance
• Individual results from participating in our programs will vary based on effort, background, circumstances, and application of course material

3. Enrollment & Payment

By completing a purchase or enrollment, you agree to pay all applicable fees for your selected program tier. Payment options vary by program and are clearly disclosed at the point of purchase.

• The Vault Key: $997 one-time payment. Access granted upon receipt of full payment.
• The Sovereign Circle: $2,997 full payment or $888/month for 4 months. Monthly payment plans require completion of all installments regardless of program participation.
• The VASTAURA Oracle™: $8,997 full payment or $1,111/month. By application only. Accepted applicants are notified prior to payment being collected.

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing for future enrollees at any time without notice.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our programs, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access to program materials has been granted.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to purchased materials, please contact us at the email address listed in Section 12 and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

For monthly payment plans, cancellation of future payments does not entitle the participant to a refund of amounts already paid, and does not grant continued access to program materials beyond the final paid period.

5. Access & Intellectual Property

Upon enrollment and receipt of payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use VASTAURA program materials for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

You may not:

• Share, copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any VASTAURA program materials
• Share login credentials or access with any other person
• Use VASTAURA content to create competing products or services
• Record, screenshot, or otherwise reproduce live coaching sessions without written permission
• Use VASTAURA frameworks, names, methodologies, or branded language in your own commercial offerings without explicit written authorization

All VASTAURA content, including course materials, frameworks, templates, methodologies, brand names, and visual assets, are the intellectual property of VASTAURA and are protected by applicable copyright law.

6. Community Standards

Participants in VASTAURA community spaces — including The Sovereign Circle and The VASTAURA Oracle™ — agree to maintain respectful, constructive, and professional conduct at all times. We reserve the right to remove any participant from community spaces without refund for conduct that is disruptive, harmful, disrespectful, or in violation of these Terms.

7. Program Changes

VASTAURA reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any program, session schedule, content, or feature at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible. Your continued participation in a program following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VASTAURA and its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in or use of any VASTAURA program or materials.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your participation in a VASTAURA program shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant program.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

VASTAURA programs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that program content will meet your specific requirements, produce any particular result, or be free from errors or interruption.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VASTAURA with respect to your participation in our programs and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.
